Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. If this occurs, any payment made will be fully refunded.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

If you want to shop in your own currency you can change your location in the bottom right corner of the website.

Shipping
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Lack of Guidance is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Sale or customized items may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
