We ship to most countries around the world. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipping costs and delivery may vary per country.

The Netherlands: PostNL 1 - 3 working days
Europe and UK: PostNL 3 - 6 working days
Rest of the World: DHL Express 2 - 3 working days

Belgium and Germany: €10
Europe and UK: €15
Rest of the World: €50

International Customs and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer upon arrival.

We are not responsible for these additional costs and cannot provide an estimate, as fees vary by country. If a customer refuses to pay the required charges and the order is returned, any costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional expenses. For orders outside the European Union, any import duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Any products purchased in our regular sale can be returned but can't be refunded. Instead, you will receive a store credit for the same amount as the order value.
